How much does your HOPE cost?

"There is neither happiness nor misery in the world; there is only the comparison of one state with another, nothing more. He who has felt the deepest grief is best able to experience supreme happiness. We must of felt what it is to die, Morrel, that we may appreciate the enjoyments of life.
" Live, then, and be happy, beloved children of my heart, and never forget, that until the day God will deign to reveal the future to man, all human wisdom is contained in these two words, 'Wait and Hope."
— Alexandre Dumas

Isn't it amazing how children at very young age able to find a source of livelihood in almost any type of environment?
Case-in-point, these two young coin-divers on the seaside: enduring the bone-chilling cold water, diving into the sea and retrieving coins thrown into the waters from anyone who passes.
Once they get hold of the coin in their tiny palms, irregardless of the amount, an innocent smile starts to gleam on their faces.
But are they aware of how risky and dangerous it is?
Notwithstanding that it amazed us but aren't they supposed to be in school and not to dive in for a coin and risk a life for a living?

Our children are the hope of this country's future, “WOULD YOU RELISH THE RISK OF HOW MUCH THIS HOPE COSTS OR WOULD YOU LET THIS HOPE BE DROWNED AS THE WAVE CRASHES THE SEA?”
